Sycamore Hills is a distinctive neighborhood in Northwest Columbus, where 229 homes are nestled beneath the shade of mature trees along quiet streets. We know that many of you are anticipating the pool opening this weekend but it seems Mother Nature has her own plans. Due to the unseasonably cool temperatures, the Board and Swimming Pool Management has decided to keep the pool closed this Saturday and Sunday. There will be a few staff at the pool on those days continuing to make preparations for a successful opening. If there are neighbors who want to volunteer, the help is always welcomed and appreciated. We are planning to host a "Polar Plunge" and Grill Event on Monday and will target an 11am open time. Grilling will take place between 11am-1:30pm, with the polar plunge between 1:30-2:30pm. There will be guards on hand and we will limit the amount of time allowed for anyone "plunging". The pool facility will then close 3 or 4pm. Thank you so much for your patience as we navigate the weather! We look forward to a long and enjoyable summer at the pool!!
